Shipping Policy

This shipping policy strictly complies with EU cross-border logistics regulations and applies to all orders placed through our official channels (kairosdyna.com and our official stores) and shipped within the EU. It clearly outlines shipping, transportation, tracking, and other precautions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

I. Shipping Time and Process

1. Shipping Time Commitment

We understand your expectations and promise to ship within 5-7 business days after order confirmation and payment (except in special circumstances, as detailed below).

Order Confirmation: After you submit your order and complete payment, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided ([email protected] is the official inquiries email address; order-related notifications will be sent to the contact email address you provided when placing the order). Once you have confirmed the order information (product model, quantity, delivery address, etc.), the stocking process will begin.​
Stock Preparation and Quality Inspection: Before shipping, we rigorously inspect each wallet and purse (e.g., checking leather integrity, stitching strength, hardware functionality, etc.) to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping to our partner logistics provider.

2. Shipping Delays

Under the following circumstances, shipping may take 5-7 business days longer. We will notify you in advance via email or on the order page.

Temporary Stock Shortages: If your ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will prioritize stocking or negotiate with you to replace it with a similarly priced item. We guarantee shipping within 3 business days of replenishment.

Holidays and Peak Shipping Times: During major EU holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year's, Easter) and peak cross-border shipping times (e.g., after Black Friday), shipping may be delayed due to carrier capacity constraints. We will provide advance notice on our website, kairosdyna.com, to clarify the adjusted delivery timeframe.​

II. Shipping Time and Coverage
1. Shipping Time Standards
For all available delivery areas within the EU, we partner with professional cross-border logistics providers (such as DHL, UPS, and DPD) to ensure a stable shipping time of 20-40 calendar days (calculated from the time the logistics provider picks up the package. The specific time is affected by the receiving region, logistics routes, and customs clearance efficiency).

Core EU countries (such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands): Shipping time is generally 20-30 calendar days, with smooth customs clearance and high logistics efficiency.

Remote areas (such as EU border countries and island regions): Due to limited logistics network coverage or increased customs clearance procedures, shipping time may be extended to 30-40 calendar days. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time by email when the order is shipped.​
2. Shipping Coverage
This shipping policy covers all 27 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden), as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway (European Economic Area), and Switzerland (covered via bilateral shipping agreements).

III. Shipping Methods and Tracking
1. Shipping Method Selection
Depending on the order value, product quantity, and delivery location, we use the following two shipping methods by default to ensure a balance between cost and efficiency:

Standard Express: Suitable for single or small orders (weighing ≤ 2kg). We ship via our partnered logistics provider's cross-border economy routes, offering lower shipping costs and a standard transit time of 20-40 calendar days.

Priority Express: For faster shipping times, you can select "Priority Express" service (additional shipping fee applies) when placing your order. This shortens transit time to 10-15 calendar days. Specific costs and service coverage are available at the checkout page.

2. Tracking Service
After all orders are shipped, we will send a tracking number to your order email within one business day and will also update it to your order center on kairosdyna.com. You can track your shipment progress in the following ways:

Website Inquiry: Log in to the official website's order center and enter your order number to view real-time shipment status.

Carrier Website Inquiry: Copy the tracking number and go to the "Tracking" page on the carrier's website (e.g., DHL, DPD). Enter the number to view detailed shipping details (e.g., pickup, customs clearance, transit, delivery, etc.).

Consulting Assistance: If you encounter tracking issues (e.g., shipment information is stuck for more than 7 days), please email [email protected] with your order and tracking number. We will contact the carrier to verify the situation and provide feedback.

IV. Shipping Fees and Payment

1. Shipping Fee Calculation

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. You can select the shipping method, weight, and volume to pay the corresponding fee.

2. Payment Methods

Shipping fees must be paid together with the order price. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and local EU payment methods (e.g., SEPA transfers, Klarna, etc.). After payment is complete, the shipping fee will be invoiced along with the order amount (an electronic invoice will be sent to your order email address; if you require a paper invoice, please indicate this when placing your order).

V. Customs Clearance Instructions
Customs Clearance Responsibilities
In accordance with EU cross-border trade regulations, we have completed all export qualification registrations. A complete commercial invoice (specifying product name, quantity, value, country of origin, and other information) will be included with your order to assist with customs clearance. If customs requires additional information (such as product usage instructions) during the customs clearance process, we will promptly notify you by email and assist in providing the relevant documentation to ensure that the customs clearance process does not extend shipping time.​

VI. Special Situation Handling

1. Shipping Delay or Loss

If the shipping time exceeds 40 calendar days (Standard Express) or 15 calendar days (Priority Express) due to the carrier's fault, or if the shipping information indicates "Package Lost," you can request a refund through the following methods:

Delay Compensation: Provide your order number and tracking records and email [email protected]. We will provide you with a 20% coupon (valid for your next purchase) or assist you in contacting the carrier to request delay compensation.

Lost Replacement/Refund: Once the package is confirmed lost, you can choose "Free Reshipment of the Same Product" (5-7 business days after the original delivery date) or "Full Refund" (the refund will be credited to your original payment account within 3 business days).

2. Incorrect Shipping Address or No One to Sign for the Package

Incorrect Address: If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address entered when placing an order, the carrier will attempt to contact you to correct the address. If no contact is made within 2 business days, the package may be returned. After a return, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs (charged at the original shipping rate) or request a refund (minus the original shipping fee).

No Sign-For: If no one signs for the package upon delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notification. You can contact the carrier according to the notification to reschedule the delivery or pick it up at a designated location. If the package is not processed within 7 business days, it will be returned and handled as above.

VII. Policy Updates and Inquiries

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time based on changes in EU logistics policies, adjustments to our logistics partner relationships, or business development needs.
