Return and Exchange Eligibility
Returnable Products
Wallets and purses that are brand new, unused, undamaged, and well-packaged, including all original accessories, tags, and gifts, are fully intact.
Products that are affected by quality issues (such as unraveling seams, leather defects, or damaged hardware) that prevent normal use are eligible for returns and exchanges, regardless of whether they have been used.
Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been used and are unsuitable for resale, such as those with visible stains, wear, or signs of wear on the interior, are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days.

Return and Exchange Process
Application

Review
